ORBAT currently hosts customer data in DigitalOcean Sydney (syd1).
Current hosting region
Customer data is currently hosted in Sydney, Australia. This includes uploaded supplier lists, tenant records, supplier graph data, and generated review history.
EU data residency
EU data residency is not currently available. If your procurement or legal review requires a specific hosting region, confirm availability with ORBAT before purchase.
Data handling approach
ORBAT is designed around tenant-separated workspaces, authenticated access, evidence-backed findings, and reviewable system activity. Data residency commitments should be confirmed as part of your procurement or security review.
